a documentary released in 2007 about jacques verges, “l’avocat de la terreur” – verges was a lawyer for algerian revolutionaries, for palestinian militants, for barbie, for carlos. apart of the amazing story of verges, the movie is interesting for showing the interconnections between various militant groups. as the decades depicted in the docu evolve, this movie is a great ocassion to think about how far you can agree with violence used for political purposes, where is the point where the “cause” is perverted
